The quotation "Going South" gets a whole new meaning on this 16-day ultimate motorcycling experience. In stages this tour will challenge your steadiness and skill as we will be riding to one of the most southerly areas reachable by vehicles in the world. "
However we will begin our tour in the fishermens port Puerto Montt.  From Chiloe to Chaiten we travel by bout and continue on the famous Carreterra Austral, constructed under unbelievable conditions in the cool rain forests of south Chile. Our BMW GSmodels bring us reliable and comfortable in the southern direction of the continent. 
On Ruta 40 awaits those of you who are usually plagued by traffic jams at home: 700 Kilometers driving over gravel, two gas stations, and the whistling of the wind. 60 meters high and 13 km long is the glacier Perito Moreno over which the condor glides in the morning air in elegant circles, watching us from the air. Fortunately he knows that tough motorbike riders are not very tasty......
Hilly steppes, emerald green seas, and hissing waterfalls that gush into the glacier and in the background vertical rock towers and ice covered mountains - that is Paine National Park which we will reach the next day. Probably one the most stunning landscapes on earth. 
When we get on the plane in Punta Arenas, it will be hard to leave. We will be leaving many things behind which we learned to love and not only our motorbikes. A challenging, marvellous motorbike trip with unforgettable impressions. The 3000 km were not easy. To be honest, without the challenges it would not have been so beautiful.

Tour Plan

Dia 1 Flight to Santiago de Chile

Dia 2 Arrival at Santiago und visit to tow. 

Dia 3 Flight to Puerto Montt, take over bikes and excursion to Parc Nacional Alerce.

Dia 4 Puerto Montt – Volcan Osorno – ferry to Chaitén. Overnight on boat.

Dia 5 Arrivalt in Chaitén and following Carretera Austral to Puyuhuapi

Dia 6 Puyuhuapi - Carretera Austral - Coihaique

Dia 7 Coihaique -  Lago General Carrera (Chile) or Lago Buenos Aires (Argentina) - Los Antiguos

Dia 8 Los Antiguos - lonely ride through the Anden - Estancia La Angostura 

Dia 9 Estancia La Angostura - Fitz Roy und  Cerro Torre - El Chaitén

Dia 10 El Chaitén – El Calafate

Dia 11 Rest day in El Calafate, glacier Perito Moreno.

Dia 12 El Calafate - Parc Nacional de los Torres del Paine

Dia 13 Torres del Paine, rest day or excursions by bike,  horse, your own feet.....

Dia 14 Torres del Paine – Puerto Natales

Dia 15 Puerto Natales - Punta Arenas

Dia 16 Morning flight to Santiago de Chile, flight home
