When you want to have unlimited fun with your motorbike, there is no better place for it than the eastern foothills of the Pyrenees. Here there are many routes with varying degrees of difficulty, and panoramic views as well! This week is an experience for all levels of riders, beginners as well as specialists. We begin our tour with a stroll through Ramblas, Barcelona's magnificent boulevard. After basking a while in the lively Spanish atmosphere, we will go via bus over the Banyoles Sea to our staging post in Mieres.
Over the coming days we will go from our well-kept lodgings out to the Pyrenees, discovering many streets, trails, paths and slopes. The few street signs we will encounter are written in Spanish and Catalianish The fun is just starting!-this is the motto for the days ahead. Participants will learn step by step through practice and safety, both on the street and in the terrain.
The fourth day is an optional day of rest. Consider it a break for our motorbikes. However there are no limits for you, if you have a zest for action! You can go bathing along the coast, on a balloon tour to see the landscape from above, or visit the Salvador Dali Museum. The next day we will go through the Pyrenees one more time. Before we leave on our last day, we will have a hearty Catalanish breakfast filled with discussion over our riding experiences. After that we return to Barcelona.
